I'm using MXroute and have been very happy with it for years now (since 2018).
The pricing is low (cheap), while the service quality is excellent. They have a true zero tolerance for spam, which is good.
Tech. support scope covers only infrastructure/server problems, but don't expect them to help you with your end (configuring your email client and/or your DNS). There are MXroute resellers who usually offer a wider tech. support scope (which is what they charge for).
I've already recommended and configured it to several friends and clients - and it has been working fine for them too (I don't get any email-related calls 🙂 ). So MXroute is what I use and recommend.
P.S.
Wrote a step-by-step tutorial (with a video) about how to configure MXroute.
