Cloudblast it can't.
Ive tested https://linuxcontainers.org/ and seems to be more comparable to proxmox. It allows provisioning both VMs and containers, and uses a lot less resources than proxmox.
The downsides Is that a lot of the features needed for hosting are not there yet and cli Is not stabile. So it makes no sence building upon it yet.
But the devs Are extremely active, pushing a lot of new features
